Anxiety

Anxiety will work through a lot of people in life. Anxiety will happen to adults & kids if conditions aren’t right & will worry over what they think is way out of control. Do you feel that anxiety is a part of you? If so, you will learn more about it through my post here. Anxiety is being so stressed that you don’t want to do anything but either figure it out or leave it & escape it when it troubles you that much. It sucks to be anxious all the time & will go to anything that will keep you feeling better & away from it all the time. Anxious people have or imagine worst-case scenarios that may happen to them in the future. They will often have vague & undirected, sinking feelings which stems from borrowed trouble. I had this a lot when I was wondering how to adjust or make myself work towards feeling better without being anxious at all. I had to just go out & burn out all the energy I had & would make me tired & forget about what I was stressed or anxious of. I was always having trouble with answering phones, with being social to anyone in person because I had no way to know what was needed to say. I used to practice what I would say all the time to be able to converse with people in topics I knew. If I didn’t know the topic being talked about, I would listen to what everyone was saying, but felt left out when I couldn’t add my part to the conversation. I also had problems in how to talk to people about bills I had when trying to get jobs, but found I got into a deeper hole when terms were used in interviews I didn’t know, which messed me up & had problems dealing with not being able to get them leaving me in a bigger problem afterwards.

The symptoms of anxiety are sometimes extreme, but most of all these symptoms make you feel non-operational all the time. Symptoms of stomach pain, palpitations, dry mouth with a need to go use the restroom a lot; not able to concentrate at all from mind buzzing so much in confusion; having low blood sugar is a problem, feeling dread all day long along with when you wake up; not able to make decisions that should be untroublesome or completing tasks at home or work; losing focus on anything that matters to you; avoiding certain places, situations & people; have headaches, being dizzy, not able to breathe right & chest pains. I did have a problem by drinking a lot of coffee when I had to get up from taking Benadryl, a over-the-counter drug for constant allergies in my body. So I was anxious all the time. I had to learn about foods that would adjust how my body works & eat that whether I liked or not in order to make me feel better & not go through being anxious & sometimes OCD too. I was over compulsive in always completing everything I did & wanted it done how I wanted it done without any interruptions at all. I had to change that at times to reduce my health problems & work more towards correcting being social & working too. It always worked for a period of 2-3 months, but always came back when I could never keep a job long enough & was tired a lot too. Being anxious throws everything out of kilter or alignment.
There are ways to reduce & eliminate being anxious by using whole-food diets, getting therapy & ways of relieving the stress that is always there. Swimming can be a great way to reduce stress & relieve it as your body becomes aligned again & has ne constant pressure or no way to relax. Swimming is a great relaxer also when no constant pressure at all. This improves your well being as you have nothing but to maintain your thoughts on where you are at, especially in a swimming pool. I used a lot of energy in swimming pools to re-energize my body & well being from constant pressures of life. Vitamins, minerals, amino acids & essential oils taken from fresh fruits, vegetables, fish, salads & meats eaten in constant proportions will maintain your body & reduce the anxiety you have along with maybe helping some with the over-compulsive disorder that is ruining your life, too. Herbs like Valerian improve sleeping disorders & relax you for longer periods of time. Ginger & chamomile in teas help a lot to reduce anxiety in your life & give you the relaxation after relieving the stress from your body. You can get someone to massage your body for relaxing you too if nothing else helps when you need it constantly. Too much caffeine will make you have different phobias & also cause anxiety attacks too. Baths being taken during the day slow the body down from the anxiety & also help to relieve stress & bring your body back into alignment & called hydrotherapy. Another way to prevent anxiety is to imagine yourself in a place like a beach & bringing your worries or thoughts on something that will bring positive thoughts to you instead. This will relax your mind & lower your anxiety & also using soothing music & meditating too. Tell me how you are doing with this therapy as I have found a lot of these types of therapies to work for me. I want to find out if there are other therapies anyone else has used I haven’t found or known about that helps also.

Blood Types At School

Blood Type A At School is knowing about each & every kid in other blood types who interact with blood type A children. Blood type A children or kids love to figure out the pressures, life, etc. for themselves. Blood type A children will test everything in school with teachers, learning, & other kids who are talking about everything in general or more. These children as they are growing up want to learn of everything which is a need for exploring the world around them & being able to put it all in order as they are quite clean & orderly in all they do. While learning about everything in their world or school, they will pick & choose what they want & don’t want by ignoring or accepting those things that mean or don’t mean anything to them. They are very creative, objective in what they learn about, can select the most important of all material quicker than others, looking at data & finding what they want & sucking up all the details in order to learn what they want to learn about. Teachers are amazed by how blood type A students can pick & choose the information quicker than others.

Blood type A kids or children have a long attention span when absorbing anything new & definitely absorbs everything in topics that interest them a lot. They will jump right in & do everything they can to make the best of everything in life as they love those topics & want to increase their knowledge in the topics which interest them a lot. They can set their minds to the topics that interest them a lot as they absorb all the info or data from those topics for long periods of time. When blood type A children find no interest in a topic at hand they need to learn, they find no interest in it at all & will need something to create for them an interest that helps them bring out the need for that topic at hand. Motivation works as you help them find themselves for their future & in life itself. This means that if a blood type A child does well in math or English & doesn’t do well in biology, there are certain interests they have & love & will excel in but not in others. They need help in understanding the need if parents are to get them to excel somewhat in other subjects to pass in school. These blood type A children have a mind-set & I think they need more in life as they use it in their future events. Blood type A children will do the work if it justifies what is useful for them later. In each & every thing they do, they want to know what is expected of them to perform to their best of their abilities.

Blood type A children in school need to be in a library setting as opposed to like being in a setting of like lunch breaks where everything is noisy. These blood type A children consider a non-noisy setting in a classroom to help them when they are trying to learn & absorb what they need from what they do in classes. If not, they will withdraw until they are in that setting of being completely quiet. These settings are classified as organized or disorganized when doing what is expected of them all the time. When blood type A children do what they know to be expected of them, they won’t feel like they are losing control of what they are doing & studying with the materials they have set in front of them. Concentration is best when they have very quiet settings. They also consider having & doing things from beginning to the end whether in groups or not, whether being in classes or working in offices in the future. They tend to be like the blood type B’s as they work & perform to get the best results from their projects they do until that project is done.

Blood type A children & adults aren’t & don’t like to change for anyone after they are into their work or projects they do. If have to change, they get confused quickly & will question what goes on & go back to what they were doing before they move to another project unlike blood type B children & adults. Blood type A children believe in a stable, predictable world & don’t find it necessary to change at all. Adults with blood type A children need to help them to adjust to their new surroundings when the family moves to new places& children are going to new schools & getting new teachers & classmates, too. Blood type A children will add new people in their lives & new pieces of information, but won’t change to their lifestyles they have if they find others don’t fit into their world. This part of learning about social skills helps them in their changes after growing up to adjust to new surroundings & people in jobs & their world they live in. Blood type A children are deliberately slower than others in this respect because they will take the time to learn & adjust to everything new to them & their surroundings. I have had to learn a lot about my wife & her ways to know what she does & how she copes with life.
She is so good at what she does & helps me a lot, too. She is so exceptional & caring & loving as she is the
blood type A I am referring to here.

Depression: How To Recover

Depression: How To Recover is a true way of being able to come back from being burnt out & trying even harder to experience nothing when the odds are against you. It comes from 4 different books that I am referring to. Here is what depression means: Depression is very serious & beyond what a couple of days will do to a normal person. Depression means that you are in a state of rejection whether it has something to do with others around you or just you rejecting anything that comes your way. Lacking confidence in yourself is very easy when there are health conditions that bring on this state of depression. Depression is treated with drugs & alcohol, but never thought that food with lots of nutrition would help at all. Depression can bring on thoughts of suicide because of feeling so low in their state of mind. If not dealt with in a better way than just drugs & alcohol, our society will be in a state of not caring or concerned about anything but themselves in life.

Depression: How To Recover brings on these symptoms that will tell you if you are in this state of mind all the time.
Here are the symptoms & not all are needed but am listing them all to let you know how severe it can be for depression to set in all the time. 1) feelings of guilt, 2) not worthy, 3) not feeling helpful at all even when working, 4) thoughts of suicide or death, 5) being restless all the time, 6) being irritable a lot, 7) not able to concentrate most of the time, 8) lacking memory in anything that is done or said, 9) decisions are very hard to make, 10) very fatigued & no energy, 11) no interest in any activities including sex, 12) always sad, empty & anxious, 13) have insomnia & never able to get a full night’s sleep, 14) weight gain or loss & changing all the time, 15) always pessimistic, 16) never has any hope to be worthy of more in life, 17) always tension, 18) stress day after day, 19) having hypoglycemia or low blood sugar all the time, 20) personal wickedness, 21) allergies, 22) nutritional loss for women who are pregnant & never have any time for themselves when nursing, or raising a baby on their own.

Depression: How To Recover brings on some great nutritional solutions along with being needed when they are at their lowest in life. These types of people need lots of attention to make it out of their very thoughts that would drive them to suicide or death if not cared for at all or were able to chat or talk at all. I will tell you I have been there a lot from the time I was being raised as a baby & child until I started to become great at sports. I was nearly & most of the time in constant depression as a child & infant. I had & may still have some hypoglycemia which is always a way to know that depression will lurk everywhere if not trained to think differently along with better nutrition than what doctors give you. I was talked to by therapists & psychologists but never seemed to work until I was able to chat with others more. This helps a lot to get started in making small advances through depression as long as others know how to deal with it. It took me until maybe 40 years of age to start really becoming someone that has truly found himself after having a girlfriend who can bring on a state of thinking which helps to bring on help using her thoughts & getting away from my own. This is how I have changed a lot & brought about a true loving relationship for myself & my woman now as we are married, seeking a life long commitment to sharing & bringing our children up to become more living better than we did when growing up. I have not always been in this state except when having to work which seemed to mess with my blood sugar levels & allergies a lot. Those 2 really take a toll on a person in being able to breathe & perform as a normal person.

Depression: How To Recover is exactly what I have told you & here are a lot of ways in giving your child or baby the nutrition he or she needs as they grow up so they won’t suffer as you or I did. 1) Vitamins: a) multivitamin complex for kids, b) choline, c) inositol; 2) Minerals: a) multi-mineral complex for kids, b) a balance of calcium, magnesium & zinc, c) selenium; 3) Amino Acids: a) glutamine, b) phenylalanine, c) taurine, d) tryptophan, e) tyrosine; 4) Supplements: a) beans & lentils, b) bee pollen, c) black currant oil, d) brown rice, e) chlorophyll, f) evening primrose oil, g) rice bran syrup, h) safflower oil, i) spirulina, j) whole grains. Here are some other remedies to keep you in the happy & caring state of mind you need as you work, keep your children going, & be a mother to your baby: 1) using walnut flowers to help feel that you are worthy, 2) Ayurveda remedies from therapists, 3) herbal remedies like St. John’s Wort, basil, thyme, mint & ginseng; 4) acupuncture for clogged pores, 5) relaxation, meditation & yoga are great for feeling better in accomplishing something new, 6) foods as in chicken, fish, bananas, raisins, and some can even take prunes & yogurt too. These are all needed in combinations in order to keep from overloading your kidneys. When feeding a baby, give them lots of baby food & milk & keep trying to fill yourself as a mother who cares for her children to make sure that you as a mother gets nutrition as much as you can without depleting your body so you can keep yourself better & above the depressional state that can come if you aren’t careful. Avoid a lot of caffeine as it will overwork your body while breastfeeding or being energetic as much as possible. Avoiding also the refined sugar, flour that is refined, processed foods as they have almost no nutritional value at all, alcohol or street drugs that can & will keep you from getting well. These are very good to take for foods & doing activities that keep a person’s self-worth about them. I now am active about 3 days/week & stretch & work very tight muscles from when playing sports in past, & taking as much nutrition as possible.

The Who’s Who In Blood Types: Blood Type AB

Did you know that blood types define who you are in life? Does your blood type make you feel real at all? Do you ever feel the need to leave your ways from the blood type you are? Does it bring lots of turmoil & heartache when wanting something to work? Well, here is the last blood type which is the AB blood type.

AB blood types are never a constant, but are always in a forever changing mood. They live life like they are confused even if they know they aren’t. AB blood types are introverted & extroverted which they can be away from people socially & also be socially out there too. They have the most intriguing of all personalities. They are laid-back, outgoing, shy, assertive socially, speculate a lot & do things by impulse. These personal characteristics are very striking, clashing & most of all are just opposite from 1 day to the next. AB blood types have the most rarest of blood types of all kinds. There are not a lot of AB blood type people born, but are shown to be 1 in 25 outside of Japan. Japan’s AB blood types are only 1 in 10 of their population of people. When meeting an AB person, you see them as calm & collected. After you meet them, you come to see something totally different & fiery also.

AB blood type people are known to be very active. Triggering this is known to them all their lives. People in general are either introverted or extroverted. AB blood type people have both types which include being introverted & extroverted. They aren’t stuck to one or the other at all. They easily switch from one side to the other with no problems at all along the way of their lives. AB blood types are considered to be the most challenging of them all.

AB blood type people are very responsible. Family & friends see them very trustworthy & dependable; also very generous but on their own terms. AB blood type people will withdraw when overwhelmed after rebelling from other people’s demands. Protecting their time & energy are how they operate which is why they can jump around & be so socially in their moments. They can spend 2-3 hours here & 2-3 hours there. It comes natural to them. It seems like they are able to multi-task all the time.

AB blood types are very shy with some people & bold or know what to say to other people. Sometimes they will not know how to take what they are doing & find themselves trying to not be social at times too. These silly maneuvers give others the inclination of whether they are here or there making others wonder whether they are really wanting anything at all. They will suddenly dodge people on street or just look the other way pretending to be lost in thought. This makes people think that AB blood type people are arrogant even when they aren’t. This type of action will show really that AB blood types are just timid instead.

AB blood type people have a very strong sense of creativity & inspires them to be artists & performers of all kinds. They can perform & be very good at knowing feelings & learning from the creativity they make on stage. They are compelling in nature. They are known to be into astrology & healing of all sorts. This is quite a big overload of work if they jump into all these fields of professions throughout their lifetimes. They are considered also as leaders in the church who know how to make others feel so good too.

AB blood type people are very good politicians & diplomats as they are great at reasoning & have the greatest flexibility to their minds & thinking. It gives them a way to solve problems with political tactfulness & being quick about it, too. They are great at spotting & deflecting very potential dangerous situations. AB blood types are almost like blood type O people in being able to make an about face to new ideas & thinking if it helps in their careers.

AB blood type people feel comfortable in cities that are big because of opportunity, interests of big crowds as they want to be noticed & the center of attention no matter what type of stage it is they are performing on. City life also will make them claustrophobic, but not in suburbs of the big cities & go as far as in rural areas instead. AB blood types find that they are restless as ever as they are going into town from their country homes they live at. One person & his name is Gille-Maisani who here in this book I am using to make my post on this blog said, “he likes elements inspiring thought & action, things that are personal & also things that allow communication to take place.” He is a Frenchman.

AB blood types are very complex indeed. They are hermits, but sociable, subdued but assertive, doers & thinkers interested in both intellectual & material pursuits. They are considered adolescents from the way they act & always being opposite of what they are thinking from 1 day to the next. They are torn in too many directions & hardest thing for them is being focused. If they can focus on what they need & want, they will be very successful.

I think this is a persona of craziness & would think that being & having opposing thoughts a lot would drive someone who isn’t focused to reach insanity somewhat. Would this drive you out of your mind? Will a person with this blood type scare you if they were not focused at all? Maybe this is where we get our people we think are crazy & very misunderstood as we stay away from them & consider them outcasts in our society.
