Blood Types: Foods to Avoid is all about each blood type A, B, O & AB not using these foods to feel so much better. You might ask then what foods are really good for me then for my blood type. These are the foods that will make your body not work & create problems for you until you are off of them. It is what doctors try to help you with when you have breathing problems or allergies to food. Here is each blood type & the foods to avoid in each of the 4 basic food groups:
1) Blood Type A
a) category-red meat & seafood
1) meat-beef, buffalo, duck, goose, heart, lamb, liver, mutton, partridge, pheasant, all pork, quail, rabbit, veal & venison;
2) seafood-anchovy, barracuda, beluga, bluefish, bluegill bass, catfish, caviar, clam, conch, crab, crayfish, eel, flounder, frog, gray sole, haddock, hake, halibut, any type of herring, lobster, lox, mussels, octopus, oysters, scallops, shad, shrimp, sole, squid, striped bass, tilefish & turtle;

This is the list for avoided foods in all the blood types. any other foods not listed here are either neutral or beneficial. Neutral foods do nothing but will work with beneficial foods to help your body to process & keep you as active as you want. Everything I have put here is to help you & are suggestions only if rather stick to all foods in your blood type.
