Active or Inactive

Active or Inactive

Where are you at?  Are you active or inactive?  Read more about being active if you are inactive for any period of time.  relaxing is good after being active for some period of the day.  Active is good for all people.  Activity & doing something is better than no activity at all.  Tasks that you do & doing activities outside or inside will give your body the necessary health & happiness that you & your body acquire.  Your body when active & doing activities shines & keeps your body in great shape.  Active is exercising, running, jogging, walking, working out, doing calisthenics, lifting weights, stretching & moving around continuously.  These activities use up the stored energy you have making blood flow, increase good health, help to remove toxic waste from your body & brings your body to a lively state.  As you are active all day long, your body also needs to keep that energy going by providing it with good & healthy foods like fruit, vegetables, bread, cereals, meat & dairy.  These are the 5 basic food groups that your body needs to produce the energy you need.  Activities for your body will make you grow, make you muscular, bring on good vibes all day long, become who you want, what you want out of life, strengthen you & bring that great personality out that is inside of you.  Eating good after your body is rested will help your body use that food to nourish & bring you the energy when you need to be active again.

Active or inactive & where does this lead you?  Inactive people are not as healthy & need lots of medical attention in various parts of their body.  Being inactive & not trying to get any activity out of your body just fills it up & never moves the blood flow, brings more blood pressure up for longer periods of time, & also creates a lot of health problems if inactive for long periods of time.  Your body will bring on plaque & cholesterol within your arteries, blood vessels, capillaries which drain the heart of your blood as it becomes harder to work & then stops working all together.  Your weight increases, you lose the passion for doing anything, you wonder if you can actually let others see you like this at all, you drop further & further in your comfort zone that destroys how you want to really look & feel about yourself etc.  Your social life decreases as you don’t want others to see you the way you look.  Being inactive also brings on headaches, pain everywhere, your moods sink to very low levels which make you think of eating again just to improve how you feel & your moods also.  Your health drops & you then feel very fatigued after you get out & actually try to be active at all.  Then you are at the limit of not doing anything because you feel you haven’t been able to accomplish anything that you were trying to do.  This is a very vicious cycle your body gets into.  Inactivity will lead you to depression, no sleep, will make life miserable, bring you to a depressive state of mind, body & soul, leave you gasping for breath, & eventually to death.  Living in this type of way will never improve you at all.  I for one had to get out of this stage when I was in a wreck & left me in almost a paralytic stage after having a compressed disc in my lower back where you need to put pressure when leaning over like mopping or pushing a broom.  I learned that when in that stage, you will do almost anything to overcome it & takes twice as long to get rid of the weight & bring a good mood back after taking the prescribed medications from doctors that relieve the pain & stiffness.  It takes a mind, body & nerves of steel to overcome everything that you need to do to work all this down to your stronger self.  This brings you back to needing the active life your body is craving.  I do hope for all of you who read this to pass this along to others you know who are in dire need of becoming active if they are just sitting around without any sense of worth at all.  This means that you will need to take them out & get them moving again even if they don’t want to.

Dangers of Bad Health

Dangers of bad health are very real when they break up a family & no one cares to make sure their health is good at all. Being sick is not very good & your health is what you should be thinking of. It’s your choice of how you make yourself better or not for your health. Your health is needed for keeping you alive & well. It needs to be good to be creating a life you want more than anything else. If not, you probably will have total chaos.

Dangers of bad health create more problems & a chaotic mess if never really caring until after the fact that you are not in good health. You also need to know what your body is like for your health. The first suggestion to getting better & making life way easier on your body is to make sure that you know that every 10 lbs. over-weight is putting 100 lbs. on your back to carry & puts stress on your systems also. This is very chaotic when reaching very high & obnoxious weight gains just to find out about how your loved ones look at you & whether they still love you. There is a saying about how you should look at yourself & how others look at you also & goes like this, “How you look & feel about yourself is nothing to what others will say or do to you.” This will make you feel bad or worse about yourself if you are trying to prove that you can make yourself as big or be crazy in so many ways when married & your loved one only cares that you are in great shape or body.

Dangers of bad health is very chaotic. I mean that being chaotic for your health comes from arguing so much in a relationship that goes nowhere, creates the bad health we have & bad lifestyles we create afterwards, in families when having kids around seeing that you are both arguing & nothing is getting done but arguing creates a lot of health problems & lots of stress, a destructive lifestyle for you & family that are close & relatives, the arguing that comes from not seeing eye to eye & people not caring about creating solutions to make something better for themselves & their immediate families & relatives too. This creates stress within & also with others in the immediate family to have the dangers of bad health.

Dangers of bad health will separate the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, psychological & physiological parts from each other. These parts together as one will give you great health as opposed to all these parts being separated like families being split apart. If split apart, each one of these parts just do one function & not very good for any good health at all. I will start out with the physical part of your being. The physical part is like a rock where the rock just sits & doesn’t move at all. How does this work when trying to get good health? rocks are only moved if they are thrown or moved physically by force. Tell me how this part will help by itself in getting good health. It doesn’t work on its own. The emotional part of your being just uses emotions to make yourself & others feel & use their feelings. Does this work by itself when getting good health? No, & this just ruins what you have if nothing else matters until you get to the bottom of the barrel & there is nothing left. This also creates dangers for bad health. I mean it can really work to create the most destructive of all in keeping a relationship or your health very good. The mental part can be really fatigued after arguing & destroying anything for a relationship that is going downhill. This will wear your brain down & keep you from getting sleep or rest you need when everything is no in the best of shape. What does the brain do other than think if it is just left to work on its own? There isn’t much it can do by itself to help with good health. Mentally being exhausted will really make you want to die or not exist anymore. Spiritual by itself will just be like seeing things that are in the past, present & future that you can’t touch or change at all. If left to go on its own, then your being is just existing without helping itself at all. How does the spiritual sense of this ever work if just existing as a spirit without all the other parts I have talked about? Life without a cause or just being is pointless when having good health. Psychology is good for being able to think about all the situations you are in & making that present itself for good or bad. Your psychological part does the analyzing & figuring about everything you need to do. Try looking at it without all the other parts & what do you have then? Nothing at all because there is no mental with the psychological either. The physiological part of you isn’t worth anything by itself when it can’t function to take care of the rest of the body. Not knowing what can help for each of these parts can set you off balance when making your life better with more than just average health. It also describes or gets you thinking of the dangers of what is not going on in your systems that were given to you when you were first born. To me, this is just purely dumb & stupid to have parts of your body removed. This takes me to another issue at hand.

Dangers of bad health can really bring bad times to you if you just throw parts of you body out the door. Bad health will take from you the good that you want just by using drugs & alcohol, etc. continuously without eating & making foods that can bring the goodness to you otherwise. It is like throwing the cabbage or anything else you don’t want or is no longer any good to the garbage. Don’t we care about life more than just what we see here? Do we not care about anything other than 1 side of life? Don’t we ever enjoy being able to learn & make something of ourselves instead of making ourselves feel like crap which brings the destruction we see but don’t want in our lives? Would you do that when making your life & getting your health better? Remember what you will regret later on. If so, think of it this way. What you could have had after you have already gone through a surgery & found out that the part you just had taken out could have been useful to you too. Why are we all in such a destructive state of mind? Why does destruction of ourselves & our health seem so good to us? When it finally happens after a long period of time, we all think about it after the fact. To have good health is to have & be like the kids you had & were, from the time you were born until you reach the state that sets you into knowing how to make decisions & being able to learn about becoming better without dissecting your own bodies to think it helps you later on.

Dangers of bad health aren’t seen by how we see kids at all. Kids are seen as free spirits who are enjoying life to the fullest. Adults see kids as how they would love to feel & be like. Why does this never seem to happen? Is it because we see it but never think it will ever happen? It can happen if you truly believe in it & how it will make you better for your life & & your health too. Kids are free, yes, by making their lives less worry & more about enjoying life that we couldn’t do as adults. The difference between adults & kids is that adults have used all their years in making relationships & care when absolutely needed & kids are taken care of just so they can grow up to become what we aren’t or couldn’t be at all. Their systems in their bodies haven’t been abused & misused for everything they see unless we as parents & adults give them what they want in life before they grow up as adults. That is the only big & bad danger for them to being healthy. They walk around without barriers that we as adults make & carry our entire lives that keeps us from being totally happy with ourselves. Differences as adults are very bad for our health & need to be fixed to give us the better health we want also. This works on our spiritual & mental along with bringing up our physical being also. We as people can change & make our lives better if we just let it happen. This would make us so very much better when we just take the initiative to give ourselves that greatness we once knew as kids too. Our lives in a sense are like the people in a movie called “The Ghostbusters” & never really think it will happen to us until it becomes a part of us also. Really check this movie out to see how it is so dysfunctional when bringing on good health. It means a lot to me to see others around me being changed & giving themselves a better life than they really thought could happen to them. It takes the courage to bring it into reality. Try it & believe & thinking about me when you are trying to prove to yourself that life & health truly matter.

Anxiety

Anxiety will work through a lot of people in life. Anxiety will happen to adults & kids if conditions aren’t right & will worry over what they think is way out of control. Do you feel that anxiety is a part of you? If so, you will learn more about it through my post here. Anxiety is being so stressed that you don’t want to do anything but either figure it out or leave it & escape it when it troubles you that much. It sucks to be anxious all the time & will go to anything that will keep you feeling better & away from it all the time. Anxious people have or imagine worst-case scenarios that may happen to them in the future. They will often have vague & undirected, sinking feelings which stems from borrowed trouble. I had this a lot when I was wondering how to adjust or make myself work towards feeling better without being anxious at all. I had to just go out & burn out all the energy I had & would make me tired & forget about what I was stressed or anxious of. I was always having trouble with answering phones, with being social to anyone in person because I had no way to know what was needed to say. I used to practice what I would say all the time to be able to converse with people in topics I knew. If I didn’t know the topic being talked about, I would listen to what everyone was saying, but felt left out when I couldn’t add my part to the conversation. I also had problems in how to talk to people about bills I had when trying to get jobs, but found I got into a deeper hole when terms were used in interviews I didn’t know, which messed me up & had problems dealing with not being able to get them leaving me in a bigger problem afterwards.

The symptoms of anxiety are sometimes extreme, but most of all these symptoms make you feel non-operational all the time. Symptoms of stomach pain, palpitations, dry mouth with a need to go use the restroom a lot; not able to concentrate at all from mind buzzing so much in confusion; having low blood sugar is a problem, feeling dread all day long along with when you wake up; not able to make decisions that should be untroublesome or completing tasks at home or work; losing focus on anything that matters to you; avoiding certain places, situations & people; have headaches, being dizzy, not able to breathe right & chest pains. I did have a problem by drinking a lot of coffee when I had to get up from taking Benadryl, a over-the-counter drug for constant allergies in my body. So I was anxious all the time. I had to learn about foods that would adjust how my body works & eat that whether I liked or not in order to make me feel better & not go through being anxious & sometimes OCD too. I was over compulsive in always completing everything I did & wanted it done how I wanted it done without any interruptions at all. I had to change that at times to reduce my health problems & work more towards correcting being social & working too. It always worked for a period of 2-3 months, but always came back when I could never keep a job long enough & was tired a lot too. Being anxious throws everything out of kilter or alignment.
There are ways to reduce & eliminate being anxious by using whole-food diets, getting therapy & ways of relieving the stress that is always there. Swimming can be a great way to reduce stress & relieve it as your body becomes aligned again & has ne constant pressure or no way to relax. Swimming is a great relaxer also when no constant pressure at all. This improves your well being as you have nothing but to maintain your thoughts on where you are at, especially in a swimming pool. I used a lot of energy in swimming pools to re-energize my body & well being from constant pressures of life. Vitamins, minerals, amino acids & essential oils taken from fresh fruits, vegetables, fish, salads & meats eaten in constant proportions will maintain your body & reduce the anxiety you have along with maybe helping some with the over-compulsive disorder that is ruining your life, too. Herbs like Valerian improve sleeping disorders & relax you for longer periods of time. Ginger & chamomile in teas help a lot to reduce anxiety in your life & give you the relaxation after relieving the stress from your body. You can get someone to massage your body for relaxing you too if nothing else helps when you need it constantly. Too much caffeine will make you have different phobias & also cause anxiety attacks too. Baths being taken during the day slow the body down from the anxiety & also help to relieve stress & bring your body back into alignment & called hydrotherapy. Another way to prevent anxiety is to imagine yourself in a place like a beach & bringing your worries or thoughts on something that will bring positive thoughts to you instead. This will relax your mind & lower your anxiety & also using soothing music & meditating too. Tell me how you are doing with this therapy as I have found a lot of these types of therapies to work for me. I want to find out if there are other therapies anyone else has used I haven’t found or known about that helps also.

Depression: How To Recover

Depression: How To Recover is a true way of being able to come back from being burnt out & trying even harder to experience nothing when the odds are against you. It comes from 4 different books that I am referring to. Here is what depression means: Depression is very serious & beyond what a couple of days will do to a normal person. Depression means that you are in a state of rejection whether it has something to do with others around you or just you rejecting anything that comes your way. Lacking confidence in yourself is very easy when there are health conditions that bring on this state of depression. Depression is treated with drugs & alcohol, but never thought that food with lots of nutrition would help at all. Depression can bring on thoughts of suicide because of feeling so low in their state of mind. If not dealt with in a better way than just drugs & alcohol, our society will be in a state of not caring or concerned about anything but themselves in life.

Depression: How To Recover brings on these symptoms that will tell you if you are in this state of mind all the time.
Here are the symptoms & not all are needed but am listing them all to let you know how severe it can be for depression to set in all the time. 1) feelings of guilt, 2) not worthy, 3) not feeling helpful at all even when working, 4) thoughts of suicide or death, 5) being restless all the time, 6) being irritable a lot, 7) not able to concentrate most of the time, 8) lacking memory in anything that is done or said, 9) decisions are very hard to make, 10) very fatigued & no energy, 11) no interest in any activities including sex, 12) always sad, empty & anxious, 13) have insomnia & never able to get a full night’s sleep, 14) weight gain or loss & changing all the time, 15) always pessimistic, 16) never has any hope to be worthy of more in life, 17) always tension, 18) stress day after day, 19) having hypoglycemia or low blood sugar all the time, 20) personal wickedness, 21) allergies, 22) nutritional loss for women who are pregnant & never have any time for themselves when nursing, or raising a baby on their own.

Depression: How To Recover brings on some great nutritional solutions along with being needed when they are at their lowest in life. These types of people need lots of attention to make it out of their very thoughts that would drive them to suicide or death if not cared for at all or were able to chat or talk at all. I will tell you I have been there a lot from the time I was being raised as a baby & child until I started to become great at sports. I was nearly & most of the time in constant depression as a child & infant. This is how I have changed a lot & brought about a true loving relationship for myself & my woman now as we are married, seeking a life long commitment to sharing & bringing our children up to become more living better than we did when growing up. I have not always been in this state except when having to work which seemed to mess with my blood sugar levels & allergies a lot. Those 2 really take a toll on a person in being able to breathe & perform as a normal person.

Depression: How To Recover is exactly what I have told you & here are a lot of ways in giving your child or baby the nutrition he or she needs as they grow up so they won’t suffer as you or I did. 1) Vitamins: a) multivitamin complex for kids, b) choline, c) inositol; 2) Minerals: a) multi-mineral complex for kids, b) a balance of calcium, magnesium & zinc, c) selenium; 3) Amino Acids: a) glutamine, b) phenylalanine, c) taurine, d) tryptophan, e) tyrosine; 4) Supplements: a) beans & lentils, b) bee pollen, c) black currant oil, d) brown rice, e) chlorophyll, f) evening primrose oil, g) rice bran syrup, h) safflower oil, i) spirulina, j) whole grains. Here are some other remedies to keep you in the happy & caring state of mind you need as you work, keep your children going, & be a mother to your baby: 1) using walnut flowers to help feel that you are worthy, 2) Ayurveda remedies from therapists, 3) herbal remedies like St. John’s Wort, basil, thyme, mint & ginseng; 4) acupuncture for clogged pores, 5) relaxation, meditation & yoga are great for feeling better in accomplishing something new, 6) foods as in chicken, fish, bananas, raisins, and some can even take prunes & yogurt too. These are all needed in combinations in order to keep from overloading your kidneys. When feeding a baby, give them lots of baby food & milk & keep trying to fill yourself as a mother who cares for her children to make sure that you as a mother gets nutrition as much as you can without depleting your body so you can keep yourself better & above the depressional state that can come if you aren’t careful. Avoid a lot of caffeine as it will overwork your body while breastfeeding or being energetic as much as possible. Avoiding also the refined sugar, flour that is refined, processed foods as they have almost no nutritional value at all, alcohol or street drugs that can & will keep you from getting well. These are very good to take for foods & doing activities that keep a person’s self-worth about them. I now am active about 3 days/week & stretch & work very tight muscles from when playing sports in past, & taking as much nutrition as possible.
