Exercise

Exercise! What is exercise? The true meaning of exercise is keeping your body active & moving all your body parts within a 5 day period. This means running jogging walking all over town or just around the neighborhood a few blocks at a time, working out, doing sit-ups, push-ups, leg lifts, rotating hips through leg exercises, massages for increasing circulation & giving sore muscles a rest (every other day for same exercises if using the same muscles over & over again). This list can go on for exercises to reduce weight, release the waste from your body, increase the nutrition & overall health, bring new meaning to your life & help to increase your muscle tone.  Using music while exercising inspires you, keeps you going for the time you want & will improve your thinking of what goes on around you.  It also is considered fitness just as much as exercise.

Exercise is a great way to reduce health problems after eating, before eating, even using treadmills or lifting weights. Going to fitness clubs gets you exercise throughout your whole body also. Exercising brings you a good, restful sleep & helps your body improve how it feels & works the next day as you start all over again. It is just like the times when you were younger & loved being out & going to a lot of places when you were so full of life. Sleeping after exercising will produce incredible results after you have exercised for a few weeks at a time. Your body will improve circulation, feel less stress, increase flexibility to your joints in hands, legs, feet, neck & head. This doesn’t mean you have to become someone who takes sports like a pro does. I just love knowing that when my blog is checked out about any & all health conditions & what your body should feel like, that all of you who follow my blog can truly feel better & give your doctors something to be happy about. I want you as my follower & the person who truly believes in what is said & taught here, to know that missing out on exercise is truly underestimating what your body can really do for you! This means that when you young, your body could take anything but you never really knew what it meant to make your body comeback after a very sick week or month.

Exercise that you do can be timed so you can make your body faster & quicker & bring the happiness to yourself also. Exercise when timed is helpful when you have a lot to do in 1 day. The exercise(s) you do that are timed should mean a lot to you when needing to get kids or make food for the family, getting groceries, or even being the one to the deeds or tasks all day long. Tasks are a way of exercising by lifting, walking, using your hands, building strength & being motivated every day to do the same thing while feeling good. Timed exercises increase stamina, your performance, strength, & how agile you are the whole day too. This is also great when you need to stop to see your TV shows like sports & the teams playing or auto racing like the way I do, especially if you are competing a lot in sports.

Exercise is needed also to keep the food you eat from accumulating in your body & bringing on the health problems that start when your body doesn’t get the exercise it should if just resting before going to bed. It won’t help at all to do work that either keeps you on your feet without moving, sitting at a desk doing paperwork all day, drinking coffee all day long without the need of getting up to move around which strips your body’s nutrients from you, if you work more than you sleep for each & every day of your life or sleeping & eating junk food that just puts on the weight too. These examples of what goes on in your lifestyle & work life aren’t anything good, unless you exercise to reduce the calories & carbs that would just accumulate & sit in your body, which means that scheduling exercise during the day sometime will help your overall health more. Your body needs the exercise for you to perform the way you have always done until you had these health problems come up. I know a lot about exercise as I was always going around & fixing things, playing sports, doing a lot of labor work, increasing my knowledge as I walked around town making conversation to business owners or people who were interested in what I did or could do to help them in their time of need. I loved life & still do. Exercise is what brings a good life back after struggling from any type of health condition you have or are suffering from.  I will have pictures below of a lot of exercises & the meaning of exercising, so just go through them & learn along with trying these exercises just to find what they will do for you also.

Inflammation

Inflammation

What is inflammation?  Inflammation is inflamed tissues in your body.  Inflammation comes from those tissues that have dried out & have no moisture to make them flexible.  Inflammation is what you see in your elders when they just drink hot water & decide that food isn’t for them.  Inflammation is how joints will quit working & turn into gnarly looking branches you see outside if left long enough & are very sore & hurt very much.  The only way to bring them back from how they look & feel is to start drinking liquids with nutrients which include vitamins, minerals, amino acids, etc. that I have talked about in other posts which help to start relieving the pain & in time will get the joints moving again.  This will only help if food & lots of fluids are kept up in your body’s systems & exercising & moving these joints each & every day until they are actually flexible to be like you want them to be.

Here are a few types of inflammation that you can have: 1) arthritis, 2) bursitis, 3) tendonitis, 4) laryngitis, 5) bronchitis, 6) conjunctivitis, 7) phlebitis, 8) gout.  Each 1 has something that affects other parts of your body when the tissues are inflamed or expanded to make it uncomfortable as you move those parts of your body that have inflammation.  Inflamed tissues are never easy to deal with from day to day.  Each type of inflammation that is listed will be explained as I remember how they affect the body & their parts around them.

1) Arthritis is inflammation to the joints in several areas of the body.  Arthritis is at the elbows, fingers, toes, knees, hips, wrists, shoulders & ankles.  It is made by uric acid that has been crystallized in the joints which show redness & pain.  Each area that is arthritic has a name by doctors in order for them to know where to work on you.  Osteoarthritis is known to hit the joints in hips, ankles, knees, fingers, wrists, elbows, spine & neck that are weight-bearing.  Rheumatoid arthritis attacks lining of joints & can be severe causing excruciating pain.

2) Bursitis is inflammation to the bursae or the fluid filled sacs reducing friction in your joints.  This means it happens when you are overdoing an exercise & that part isn’t able to reduce the friction when overworking the body in those areas like the muscles & joints in elbows or lower back called sciatic nerve inflammation.

3) Tendonitis is inflammation to the tendons in every area & includes almost every part of your body that you use continuously.  It is in the back, knees, hands, feet, toes & fingers too.  There are other areas also but  too many to list.  You know when you have tendonitis because it will be painful in that area for a while if continue to use that part of your body all the time without resting it for a few days.  The pain to tendons will  make you wish you had paid attention to not over-working them in that area that is excruciating.  I happen to have problems in my upper & lower back when I over-work or use them a lot.  It also comes from trying to get rid of a sciatic nerve problem that continuously gives you problems also.  Working this problem out is definitely a major problem during any exercise that helps 1 area & overworks the other area too.

4) Laryngitis is inflammation to the larynx or voice box.  This is caused by overusing your voice when screaming or yelling or talking or singing which gets your voice box inflamed & sore.  It can also be caused by other problems like the upper respiratory infections, flu, allergies & environmental irritants like smoke & dust.  If overuse of larynx or voice box, it is usually from when at a game & cheering on your favorite team or person in a game or in a race when you can’t hear yourself at all over others who are screaming too.  You just have to let it  sit & take its course to get your voice back from this.

5) Bronchitis is inflammation to the bronchial tubes.  When getting bronchitis, you will get a tickle in your chest that goes deep.  After getting this deep tickle in your chest, it turns into a hack which is painful & will make your collarbone rattle.  Then from that, you will have your face turn red about 3 shades as you cough & are gasping for air.  You keep coughing which seems to never quit.  If you don’t know where your bronchial tubes are, the bronchial tubes are larger passages of your lungs delivering oxygen to your body.  The bronchitis is caused by bacteria, viruses, dust, car exhaust & smoking cigarettes.  Depending on your condition & how bad the bronchitis is, this will determine how long you have it & whether it lasts for 1-2 weeks or for months at a time.    Fluids still help in all these types of inflammation & also how active the nutrients are in the fluids will determine how long you have your inflammation in most of these types here listed.

6) Conjunctivitis is called pinkeye which is inflammation to the delicate membrane that lines the eyelid & covers the eyeball.  this causes redness & irritation which you shouldn’t use fingers or hands to rub it.  It will spread to others easily.  Washing hands & fingers or the parts of your body that has touched that part of your eye with antibacterial soap will prevent the conjunctivitis from spreading to others at all.  This is very serious & is like a cold or the flu which comes from bacteria or viruses that you have contracted from.  It usually takes a week to get rid of & is very hard not to keep from getting on hands & fingers if rubbed at all or all the time.  Don’t wear your contact lenses when having pinkeye.  It will only make it worse.

7) Phlebitis is inflammation to the blood vessels or veins at the surface.  They usually occur in the legs a lot.  If hits deeper, it can be serious & develop an infection.  Some occasions when blood clots form in that area & break free, they can lodge in a dangerous spot like the lungs or head.  You may never know it if left untouched.  There are certain people who can get this if they don’t maintain their bodies & are overweight.  This isn’t to scare anyone, but to get people to learn more about what can take place at certain times in their lives.  This might happen to a woman who has just given birth or those suffering an injury to a leg or had recent surgery.  If you have recurring symptoms of this type of inflammation, you need to have supervision from your doctor to keep it under the radar.

8) Gout is inflammation to a toe or even to your shin which would be just above your ankle.  It will become red & swollen or even your big toe will get swollen & red.  These parts usually get really big also.  This is caused by uric acid which is a chemical produced from the kidneys & not removed through flushing when urinating.  The uric acid crystallizes as tiny amounts & lodges in the joints until it gets into an area like the big toe or shin which is affected as hot, swollen or extremely tender.  It wakes you from the deepest sleep & can keep you up for hours if not taken care of.

Grandma Knows Best For Great Health

Grandma knows best for great health as she has had lots of time to experience life & health problems that have saved her family from lots of hospital stays or returning to a hospital.  She believes in making sure that saving money helps in the long run as grandma makes food almost all day long, preparing for breakfast, lunch & dinner.  Life with grandma is better than any hospital stay when money is short & need family interaction.  Why are we so unhappy with our elders as they get put into assisted living or nursing homes when we want nothing from them & only believe in getting rid of our money instead of saving it for a rainy day?  What has grandma done that destroys lives in the family that you aren’t destroying also?  What makes us think our elders or grandparents aren’t happy with what we do?  We need family interaction more than a babysitter that tends to not pay attention to what goes on with our kids.  Spend time with them & don’t let them think you hate or don’t love them at all.  My last photo here will show how being mean to our elders make them feel to the rest of the world & us also.  This isn’t how we were brought into this world & neither were they as elders & what they know through the years.  So take heart in making your family with your elders a better time & place for all to live.

Grandma knows best for great health as she can bring lots of advice about healing to the kids’ health, us as adults, bring parents together who are fighting & aren’t getting along with each other, etc.  Grandma has a soothing spirit unless we bring on the very worst in her & never believe in who she is or what she can do.  I know from experience from both of my grandparents, especially both my grandmas from both my parents.  They were the ones to take care of me & give my parents a lot of attention & help when my parents needed some old-fashioned time alone.  I also know that governments think they can strip us from what has been as a tradition to our elders & take them out of the picture quickly.  Tell me how that doesn’t mess with the parents when they need some attention without being abusive to their kids.  We need to thank our elders for being there when times are tough as they have gone through more than we have & can handle what we can’t as the economy is at a stage where everything costs so much & nobody cares anything about others but themselves.  Don’t think you have to rough it as your elders & grandparents or parents are how you were raised from baby to adult.  The sad part of  seeing this last picture makes me think that this woman was a good parent & got sent a lot of mixed messages or wasn’t cared for & decided to act against the world.  Let me know if you have any thoughts about this post!  Thanks!

Bone Marrow

Bone marrow is always in need for those people who have problems with cancer & getting scraped to get rid of the bone cancer.  Are you in need of bone marrow?  You don’t have to go looking for bone marrow from relatives or others who have the same type that you are any longer.  Life with bone marrow problems are quite complicated & mean lots of money for doctors who are looking to make a name for themselves.  The cost for bone marrow replacement is too much & always needing to ask others in family to help out can be time consuming also.  There is a cheaper way to get bone marrow replaced whether in need or not.  People who don’t need it will always be wondering if there is a problem with those who do need it & are chewing on bones like dogs do for their teeth.  Don’t worry about them & can be taken care of by making up this remedy at home.  This remedy used to have bone marrow in your life & help you & those in need of bone marrow can be less costly & not as much time to take to repair the bone marrow that was damaged somehow.  There are a few ways to fix the bone marrow so no one ever notices that you need it or any of your family members need it either.

Bone marrow is taken from chicken bones by softening up the chicken bones.  You will take the bones, after pulling chicken off them, so you can put them in the hot water & let them boil, or just make sure that the chicken is off the bones after chicken has cooked in a stew form.  This will help the flavor along with the stew or soup you make in order for bones to soften in due time.  Bone marrow is not in the bone material itself, but inside the bone as little bitty pieces that can be added to the salads or on top of potatoes & gravy like bacon bits.  This is a very tedious job to make sure you have enough bone marrow to help the one in family that is in need of it.  Bone marrow is great when you as a person don’t feel the need to fill the doctors’ pockets with money & love what time you have with family & friends without all the worrying of surgery & the time waiting to get the surgery of adding bone marrow in without having problems afterwards.  I know because I have done this to myself a lot when I feel that the doctors already have enough money & I don’t think they should be the ones to take care of me when I can take care of myself.  I have learned after thinking about why dogs love the bones from chicken meat or steak that has bones around it.  It takes a long time to do like 1/2 the day to do in a slow cooker to soften the bones & lots of strength in getting the bone marrow out of the bone itself.  I do believe that there are ways like grandma had that will take care of you in times of need when money is needed to help us in other places than at hospitals & in surgery a lot.  These bits of bone marrow will take the place of skin graphs that are done in surgery in hospitals too.  Most money made in hospitals pay for the machines that otherwise would not exist speeding the time up that others would call witchcraft or nonsense.  Those who consider this nonsense would rather make money from those who will never talk about things that they feel are uncomfortable to talk about or even consider knowing.  We as people put dampers on things that were traditional at one time or another.  I believe that grandma & her remedies were quite successful.  Do any of you remember these remedies from way back when?  I do & would love to hear any comments from anyone & everyone that have questions, comments or love to tell stories of their own.

These are the foods that will make your body not work & create problems for you until you are off of them. This is the list for avoided foods in all the blood types. any other foods not listed here are either neutral or beneficial. Neutral foods do nothing but will work with beneficial foods to help your body to process & keep you as active as you want. Everything I have put here is to help you & are suggestions only if rather stick to all foods in your blood type.

Dangers of Bad Health

Dangers of bad health are very real when they break up a family & no one cares to make sure their health is good at all. Being sick is not very good & your health is what you should be thinking of. It’s your choice of how you make yourself better or not for your health. Your health is needed for keeping you alive & well. It needs to be good to be creating a life you want more than anything else. If not, you probably will have total chaos.

Dangers of bad health create more problems & a chaotic mess if never really caring until after the fact that you are not in good health. You also need to know what your body is like for your health. The first suggestion to getting better & making life way easier on your body is to make sure that you know that every 10 lbs. over-weight is putting 100 lbs. on your back to carry & puts stress on your systems also. This is very chaotic when reaching very high & obnoxious weight gains just to find out about how your loved ones look at you & whether they still love you. There is a saying about how you should look at yourself & how others look at you also & goes like this, “How you look & feel about yourself is nothing to what others will say or do to you.” This will make you feel bad or worse about yourself if you are trying to prove that you can make yourself as big or be crazy in so many ways when married & your loved one only cares that you are in great shape or body.

Dangers of bad health is very chaotic. I mean that being chaotic for your health comes from arguing so much in a relationship that goes nowhere, creates the bad health we have & bad lifestyles we create afterwards, in families when having kids around seeing that you are both arguing & nothing is getting done but arguing creates a lot of health problems & lots of stress, a destructive lifestyle for you & family that are close & relatives, the arguing that comes from not seeing eye to eye & people not caring about creating solutions to make something better for themselves & their immediate families & relatives too. This creates stress within & also with others in the immediate family to have the dangers of bad health.

Dangers of bad health will separate the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, psychological & physiological parts from each other. These parts together as one will give you great health as opposed to all these parts being separated like families being split apart. If split apart, each one of these parts just do one function & not very good for any good health at all. I will start out with the physical part of your being. The physical part is like a rock where the rock just sits & doesn’t move at all. How does this work when trying to get good health? rocks are only moved if they are thrown or moved physically by force. Tell me how this part will help by itself in getting good health. It doesn’t work on its own. The emotional part of your being just uses emotions to make yourself & others feel & use their feelings. Does this work by itself when getting good health? No, & this just ruins what you have if nothing else matters until you get to the bottom of the barrel & there is nothing left. This also creates dangers for bad health. I mean it can really work to create the most destructive of all in keeping a relationship or your health very good. The mental part can be really fatigued after arguing & destroying anything for a relationship that is going downhill. This will wear your brain down & keep you from getting sleep or rest you need when everything is no in the best of shape. What does the brain do other than think if it is just left to work on its own? There isn’t much it can do by itself to help with good health. Mentally being exhausted will really make you want to die or not exist anymore. Spiritual by itself will just be like seeing things that are in the past, present & future that you can’t touch or change at all. If left to go on its own, then your being is just existing without helping itself at all. How does the spiritual sense of this ever work if just existing as a spirit without all the other parts I have talked about? Life without a cause or just being is pointless when having good health. Psychology is good for being able to think about all the situations you are in & making that present itself for good or bad. Your psychological part does the analyzing & figuring about everything you need to do. Try looking at it without all the other parts & what do you have then? Nothing at all because there is no mental with the psychological either. The physiological part of you isn’t worth anything by itself when it can’t function to take care of the rest of the body. Not knowing what can help for each of these parts can set you off balance when making your life better with more than just average health. It also describes or gets you thinking of the dangers of what is not going on in your systems that were given to you when you were first born. To me, this is just purely dumb & stupid to have parts of your body removed. This takes me to another issue at hand.

Dangers of bad health can really bring bad times to you if you just throw parts of you body out the door. Bad health will take from you the good that you want just by using drugs & alcohol, etc. continuously without eating & making foods that can bring the goodness to you otherwise. It is like throwing the cabbage or anything else you don’t want or is no longer any good to the garbage. Don’t we care about life more than just what we see here? Do we not care about anything other than 1 side of life? Don’t we ever enjoy being able to learn & make something of ourselves instead of making ourselves feel like crap which brings the destruction we see but don’t want in our lives? Would you do that when making your life & getting your health better? Remember what you will regret later on. If so, think of it this way. What you could have had after you have already gone through a surgery & found out that the part you just had taken out could have been useful to you too. Why are we all in such a destructive state of mind? Why does destruction of ourselves & our health seem so good to us? When it finally happens after a long period of time, we all think about it after the fact. To have good health is to have & be like the kids you had & were, from the time you were born until you reach the state that sets you into knowing how to make decisions & being able to learn about becoming better without dissecting your own bodies to think it helps you later on.

Dangers of bad health aren’t seen by how we see kids at all. Kids are seen as free spirits who are enjoying life to the fullest. Adults see kids as how they would love to feel & be like. Why does this never seem to happen? Is it because we see it but never think it will ever happen? It can happen if you truly believe in it & how it will make you better for your life & & your health too. Kids are free, yes, by making their lives less worry & more about enjoying life that we couldn’t do as adults. The difference between adults & kids is that adults have used all their years in making relationships & care when absolutely needed & kids are taken care of just so they can grow up to become what we aren’t or couldn’t be at all. Their systems in their bodies haven’t been abused & misused for everything they see unless we as parents & adults give them what they want in life before they grow up as adults. That is the only big & bad danger for them to being healthy. They walk around without barriers that we as adults make & carry our entire lives that keeps us from being totally happy with ourselves. Differences as adults are very bad for our health & need to be fixed to give us the better health we want also. This works on our spiritual & mental along with bringing up our physical being also. We as people can change & make our lives better if we just let it happen. This would make us so very much better when we just take the initiative to give ourselves that greatness we once knew as kids too. Our lives in a sense are like the people in a movie called “The Ghostbusters” & never really think it will happen to us until it becomes a part of us also. Really check this movie out to see how it is so dysfunctional when bringing on good health. It means a lot to me to see others around me being changed & giving themselves a better life than they really thought could happen to them. It takes the courage to bring it into reality. Try it & believe & thinking about me when you are trying to prove to yourself that life & health truly matter.

Anxiety

Anxiety will work through a lot of people in life. Anxiety will happen to adults & kids if conditions aren’t right & will worry over what they think is way out of control. Do you feel that anxiety is a part of you? If so, you will learn more about it through my post here. Anxiety is being so stressed that you don’t want to do anything but either figure it out or leave it & escape it when it troubles you that much. It sucks to be anxious all the time & will go to anything that will keep you feeling better & away from it all the time. Anxious people have or imagine worst-case scenarios that may happen to them in the future. They will often have vague & undirected, sinking feelings which stems from borrowed trouble. I had this a lot when I was wondering how to adjust or make myself work towards feeling better without being anxious at all. I had to just go out & burn out all the energy I had & would make me tired & forget about what I was stressed or anxious of. I was always having trouble with answering phones, with being social to anyone in person because I had no way to know what was needed to say. I used to practice what I would say all the time to be able to converse with people in topics I knew. If I didn’t know the topic being talked about, I would listen to what everyone was saying, but felt left out when I couldn’t add my part to the conversation. I also had problems in how to talk to people about bills I had when trying to get jobs, but found I got into a deeper hole when terms were used in interviews I didn’t know, which messed me up & had problems dealing with not being able to get them leaving me in a bigger problem afterwards.

The symptoms of anxiety are sometimes extreme, but most of all these symptoms make you feel non-operational all the time. Symptoms of stomach pain, palpitations, dry mouth with a need to go use the restroom a lot; not able to concentrate at all from mind buzzing so much in confusion; having low blood sugar is a problem, feeling dread all day long along with when you wake up; not able to make decisions that should be untroublesome or completing tasks at home or work; losing focus on anything that matters to you; avoiding certain places, situations & people; have headaches, being dizzy, not able to breathe right & chest pains. I did have a problem by drinking a lot of coffee when I had to get up from taking Benadryl, a over-the-counter drug for constant allergies in my body. So I was anxious all the time. I had to learn about foods that would adjust how my body works & eat that whether I liked or not in order to make me feel better & not go through being anxious & sometimes OCD too. I was over compulsive in always completing everything I did & wanted it done how I wanted it done without any interruptions at all. I had to change that at times to reduce my health problems & work more towards correcting being social & working too. It always worked for a period of 2-3 months, but always came back when I could never keep a job long enough & was tired a lot too. Being anxious throws everything out of kilter or alignment.
There are ways to reduce & eliminate being anxious by using whole-food diets, getting therapy & ways of relieving the stress that is always there. Swimming can be a great way to reduce stress & relieve it as your body becomes aligned again & has ne constant pressure or no way to relax. Swimming is a great relaxer also when no constant pressure at all. This improves your well being as you have nothing but to maintain your thoughts on where you are at, especially in a swimming pool. I used a lot of energy in swimming pools to re-energize my body & well being from constant pressures of life. Vitamins, minerals, amino acids & essential oils taken from fresh fruits, vegetables, fish, salads & meats eaten in constant proportions will maintain your body & reduce the anxiety you have along with maybe helping some with the over-compulsive disorder that is ruining your life, too. Herbs like Valerian improve sleeping disorders & relax you for longer periods of time. Ginger & chamomile in teas help a lot to reduce anxiety in your life & give you the relaxation after relieving the stress from your body. You can get someone to massage your body for relaxing you too if nothing else helps when you need it constantly. Too much caffeine will make you have different phobias & also cause anxiety attacks too. Baths being taken during the day slow the body down from the anxiety & also help to relieve stress & bring your body back into alignment & called hydrotherapy. Another way to prevent anxiety is to imagine yourself in a place like a beach & bringing your worries or thoughts on something that will bring positive thoughts to you instead. This will relax your mind & lower your anxiety & also using soothing music & meditating too. Tell me how you are doing with this therapy as I have found a lot of these types of therapies to work for me. I want to find out if there are other therapies anyone else has used I haven’t found or known about that helps also.
