Dangers of Bad Health

Dangers of bad health are very real when they break up a family & no one cares to make sure their health is good at all. Being sick is not very good & your health is what you should be thinking of. It’s your choice of how you make yourself better or not for your health. Your health is needed for keeping you alive & well. It needs to be good to be creating a life you want more than anything else. If not, you probably will have total chaos.

Dangers of bad health create more problems & a chaotic mess if never really caring until after the fact that you are not in good health. You also need to know what your body is like for your health. The first suggestion to getting better & making life way easier on your body is to make sure that you know that every 10 lbs. over-weight is putting 100 lbs. on your back to carry & puts stress on your systems also. This is very chaotic when reaching very high & obnoxious weight gains just to find out about how your loved ones look at you & whether they still love you. There is a saying about how you should look at yourself & how others look at you also & goes like this, “How you look & feel about yourself is nothing to what others will say or do to you.” This will make you feel bad or worse about yourself if you are trying to prove that you can make yourself as big or be crazy in so many ways when married & your loved one only cares that you are in great shape or body.

Dangers of bad health is very chaotic. I mean that being chaotic for your health comes from arguing so much in a relationship that goes nowhere, creates the bad health we have & bad lifestyles we create afterwards, in families when having kids around seeing that you are both arguing & nothing is getting done but arguing creates a lot of health problems & lots of stress, a destructive lifestyle for you & family that are close & relatives, the arguing that comes from not seeing eye to eye & people not caring about creating solutions to make something better for themselves & their immediate families & relatives too. This creates stress within & also with others in the immediate family to have the dangers of bad health.

Dangers of bad health will separate the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, psychological & physiological parts from each other. These parts together as one will give you great health as opposed to all these parts being separated like families being split apart. If split apart, each one of these parts just do one function & not very good for any good health at all. I will start out with the physical part of your being. The physical part is like a rock where the rock just sits & doesn’t move at all. How does this work when trying to get good health? rocks are only moved if they are thrown or moved physically by force. Tell me how this part will help by itself in getting good health. It doesn’t work on its own. The emotional part of your being just uses emotions to make yourself & others feel & use their feelings. Does this work by itself when getting good health? No, & this just ruins what you have if nothing else matters until you get to the bottom of the barrel & there is nothing left. This also creates dangers for bad health. I mean it can really work to create the most destructive of all in keeping a relationship or your health very good. The mental part can be really fatigued after arguing & destroying anything for a relationship that is going downhill. This will wear your brain down & keep you from getting sleep or rest you need when everything is no in the best of shape. What does the brain do other than think if it is just left to work on its own? There isn’t much it can do by itself to help with good health. Mentally being exhausted will really make you want to die or not exist anymore. Spiritual by itself will just be like seeing things that are in the past, present & future that you can’t touch or change at all. If left to go on its own, then your being is just existing without helping itself at all. How does the spiritual sense of this ever work if just existing as a spirit without all the other parts I have talked about? Life without a cause or just being is pointless when having good health. Psychology is good for being able to think about all the situations you are in & making that present itself for good or bad. Your psychological part does the analyzing & figuring about everything you need to do. Try looking at it without all the other parts & what do you have then? Nothing at all because there is no mental with the psychological either. The physiological part of you isn’t worth anything by itself when it can’t function to take care of the rest of the body. Not knowing what can help for each of these parts can set you off balance when making your life better with more than just average health. It also describes or gets you thinking of the dangers of what is not going on in your systems that were given to you when you were first born. To me, this is just purely dumb & stupid to have parts of your body removed. This takes me to another issue at hand.

Dangers of bad health can really bring bad times to you if you just throw parts of you body out the door. Bad health will take from you the good that you want just by using drugs & alcohol, etc. continuously without eating & making foods that can bring the goodness to you otherwise. It is like throwing the cabbage or anything else you don’t want or is no longer any good to the garbage. Don’t we care about life more than just what we see here? Do we not care about anything other than 1 side of life? Don’t we ever enjoy being able to learn & make something of ourselves instead of making ourselves feel like crap which brings the destruction we see but don’t want in our lives? Would you do that when making your life & getting your health better? Remember what you will regret later on. If so, think of it this way. What you could have had after you have already gone through a surgery & found out that the part you just had taken out could have been useful to you too. Why are we all in such a destructive state of mind? Why does destruction of ourselves & our health seem so good to us? When it finally happens after a long period of time, we all think about it after the fact. To have good health is to have & be like the kids you had & were, from the time you were born until you reach the state that sets you into knowing how to make decisions & being able to learn about becoming better without dissecting your own bodies to think it helps you later on.

Dangers of bad health aren’t seen by how we see kids at all. Kids are seen as free spirits who are enjoying life to the fullest. Adults see kids as how they would love to feel & be like. Why does this never seem to happen? Is it because we see it but never think it will ever happen? It can happen if you truly believe in it & how it will make you better for your life & & your health too. Kids are free, yes, by making their lives less worry & more about enjoying life that we couldn’t do as adults. The difference between adults & kids is that adults have used all their years in making relationships & care when absolutely needed & kids are taken care of just so they can grow up to become what we aren’t or couldn’t be at all. Their systems in their bodies haven’t been abused & misused for everything they see unless we as parents & adults give them what they want in life before they grow up as adults. That is the only big & bad danger for them to being healthy. They walk around without barriers that we as adults make & carry our entire lives that keeps us from being totally happy with ourselves. Differences as adults are very bad for our health & need to be fixed to give us the better health we want also. This works on our spiritual & mental along with bringing up our physical being also. We as people can change & make our lives better if we just let it happen. This would make us so very much better when we just take the initiative to give ourselves that greatness we once knew as kids too. Our lives in a sense are like the people in a movie called “The Ghostbusters” & never really think it will happen to us until it becomes a part of us also. Really check this movie out to see how it is so dysfunctional when bringing on good health. It means a lot to me to see others around me being changed & giving themselves a better life than they really thought could happen to them. It takes the courage to bring it into reality. Try it & believe & thinking about me when you are trying to prove to yourself that life & health truly matter.

The Who’s Who In Blood Types: Blood Type AB

Did you know that blood types define who you are in life? Does your blood type make you feel real at all? Do you ever feel the need to leave your ways from the blood type you are? Does it bring lots of turmoil & heartache when wanting something to work? Well, here is the last blood type which is the AB blood type.

AB blood types are never a constant, but are always in a forever changing mood. They live life like they are confused even if they know they aren’t. AB blood types are introverted & extroverted which they can be away from people socially & also be socially out there too. They have the most intriguing of all personalities. They are laid-back, outgoing, shy, assertive socially, speculate a lot & do things by impulse. These personal characteristics are very striking, clashing & most of all are just opposite from 1 day to the next. AB blood types have the most rarest of blood types of all kinds. There are not a lot of AB blood type people born, but are shown to be 1 in 25 outside of Japan. Japan’s AB blood types are only 1 in 10 of their population of people. When meeting an AB person, you see them as calm & collected. After you meet them, you come to see something totally different & fiery also.

AB blood type people are known to be very active. Triggering this is known to them all their lives. People in general are either introverted or extroverted. AB blood type people have both types which include being introverted & extroverted. They aren’t stuck to one or the other at all. They easily switch from one side to the other with no problems at all along the way of their lives. AB blood types are considered to be the most challenging of them all.

AB blood type people are very responsible. Family & friends see them very trustworthy & dependable; also very generous but on their own terms. AB blood type people will withdraw when overwhelmed after rebelling from other people’s demands. Protecting their time & energy are how they operate which is why they can jump around & be so socially in their moments. They can spend 2-3 hours here & 2-3 hours there. It comes natural to them. It seems like they are able to multi-task all the time.

AB blood types are very shy with some people & bold or know what to say to other people. Sometimes they will not know how to take what they are doing & find themselves trying to not be social at times too. These silly maneuvers give others the inclination of whether they are here or there making others wonder whether they are really wanting anything at all. They will suddenly dodge people on street or just look the other way pretending to be lost in thought. This makes people think that AB blood type people are arrogant even when they aren’t. This type of action will show really that AB blood types are just timid instead.

AB blood type people have a very strong sense of creativity & inspires them to be artists & performers of all kinds. They can perform & be very good at knowing feelings & learning from the creativity they make on stage. They are compelling in nature. They are known to be into astrology & healing of all sorts. This is quite a big overload of work if they jump into all these fields of professions throughout their lifetimes. They are considered also as leaders in the church who know how to make others feel so good too.

AB blood type people are very good politicians & diplomats as they are great at reasoning & have the greatest flexibility to their minds & thinking. It gives them a way to solve problems with political tactfulness & being quick about it, too. They are great at spotting & deflecting very potential dangerous situations. AB blood types are almost like blood type O people in being able to make an about face to new ideas & thinking if it helps in their careers.

AB blood type people feel comfortable in cities that are big because of opportunity, interests of big crowds as they want to be noticed & the center of attention no matter what type of stage it is they are performing on. City life also will make them claustrophobic, but not in suburbs of the big cities & go as far as in rural areas instead. AB blood types find that they are restless as ever as they are going into town from their country homes they live at. One person & his name is Gille-Maisani who here in this book I am using to make my post on this blog said, “he likes elements inspiring thought & action, things that are personal & also things that allow communication to take place.” He is a Frenchman.

AB blood types are very complex indeed. They are hermits, but sociable, subdued but assertive, doers & thinkers interested in both intellectual & material pursuits. They are considered adolescents from the way they act & always being opposite of what they are thinking from 1 day to the next. They are torn in too many directions & hardest thing for them is being focused. If they can focus on what they need & want, they will be very successful.

I think this is a persona of craziness & would think that being & having opposing thoughts a lot would drive someone who isn’t focused to reach insanity somewhat. Would this drive you out of your mind? Will a person with this blood type scare you if they were not focused at all? Maybe this is where we get our people we think are crazy & very misunderstood as we stay away from them & consider them outcasts in our society.

Foods That Heal: Acne

Foods that heal are ways to become healthier over this subject of acne.  Acne is a health problem with skin & ways to prevent acne from occurring after you first get it.    Have you ever had acne?  Do you know what to use or even foods that you need for acne to go away?  I am going to help you answer these questions as you read my post here for foods that heal for acne as skin problems in health.  Acne is a inflammation of the skin’s sebaceous glands secreting a greasy or oily substance that appears on your face, neck, back & chest.  They become red & full of pus when infected; they will turn into pustules like the photo below.

Foods with zinc & needing between 50mg-150mg after checking with your physician or general doctor can be used to clear up your acne health problems.  The foods you can use are full of zinc along with zinc supplements which will help break down these pimples & pustules that are all over your upper body in front & back.  These foods are meat, vegetables & fruits, fish & poultry.  Using fresh fruits & vegetables have other great qualities like minerals, & amino acids that can help to break up the stomach problems that start these pustules all over your body.  These foods have the high nutritional value for helping clear up acne without a lot of prescription drugs:

Marketing Healthy Living Through Any Essential Means Necessary

Marketing healthy living through any essential means necessary is what I have done for me & how I can get others to see what I can do for them.  These few long paragraphs just go into detail about how I have really changed my health for the good.  I am also here to help others who don’t know how to change their unhealthy lifestyle back to a new life.   I love to improve others with their health & show them about their health conditions that leave them in bed & taking meds without any progress of learning what is needed to help them become the people they were once before with life & happiness.  It does take lots of effort to get back life that was once there before.  It took a while to make your body become how it is now & will help to regain what is lost through the rest of this post.

Marketing for my health is absolutely essential as I get my health incredibly better.  Marketing is all about boosting the ways of you niche which mine is health & to take you to the very top of the food chain.  I market my health from what I eat & the amount of exercise I do to bring my body to the maximum health I can.  I also have to do exercises like sit-ups & twists to make my body flexible in areas that are really stiff when just sitting at a table watching TV or doing nothing, etc.  This does nothing to help anyone who is trying to become healthy without the effort.  Here is a saying I once heard, “No pain, no gain.”  So I start off with what I have eaten the last month for breakfast & the supplements I have& still take, & also to increase how my body has reacted.  It has been getting better, but as I go out in the coldest days of December, I am needing to add more to my body as I warm my body up & need energy to create the body temperatures to be out in the cold.  I started off for breakfast with a 10 grain cereal that I cooked within 10 minutes & has fiber along with vitamins, minerals, amino acids, etc.  All these nutrients are great & adding juices to help use & break down what you put into your body like I did with hot cereal produces that energy you once had.  These are all used in your body to give you the most benefits & heal or prevent anything your body has, or will get in the near future.  This accounts for colds, flu, cholesterol & heart problems, cancer, menstrual problems for men & women both, mood swings, behavioral problems & all kinds of mental & physical problems that mess with your life & tend to make it harder for you as you raise children.  I had wheatgrass added into my cereal when it doesn’t have everything I need as I am trying to rebuild my broken body.  This was after I waited for my hot cereal to cool off & as I was eating it, I would drink water or juices to keep it from bulking up so much.  I needed those nutrients in my body to get me ready for my walk of almost 10 miles round trip.  This & drinking coffee to start the hot cereal for burning energy & also putting fiber in the parts of my body it needed as I make this walk.  Drinking coffee helps to start your vitamins, minerals & other nutrients to work & improve your body’s broken down conditions & starts to rework it to improve how it works each day.  I walked in 25 degree weather & was snowing some which added to the difficulty of what I would experience for that time learning about how fiber transfers & works in the most needed parts of your body.  This part of my body that had been worked on by adding fiber was & hasn’t been that good for a long time.  I finally got the fiber in the spot of where I had the sciatica at & has taken me to being out in that cold for short periods of time to going for longer periods as I worked to get to that 10 miles.  Fiber is useful in the most needed places to repair your systems & body parts & always good to keep water added so your body takes in all the nutrients it needs.  The stomach digests the food you put in as the rest of your systems in your body use all those nutrients to add & become what you want from the activity or doing activities to be as mobile as you wanted while laid up in bed.  That was my day after 5 hours in the cold & felt good the next day when all the food had finally been removed from the body as the body gets rid of all the waste & toxins that keep you under the weather..

Marketing healthy living through any essential means necessary provides us a way to make choices that increase how our lives are from beginning to end.  Marketing for my health is a way to let everyone know what they can really do to make their bodies stronger, healthier, repairing injuries & giving their minds the added boost while re-correcting their unhealthy habits, too.  I do this through my actions & the ways I eat.  Health for me means maintaining what I have & keeping a balance by keeping a record of what my body is taking in to actually know whether I am over the line or not.  Marketing for me about health practically gives me something to work for because I have taken the right steps to make myself totally better, but people in the U.S. are in dire need of becoming better than what they are.  So I say, “Health in the U.S. is greatly reduced & we all need to experience something better & use what we had in our traditional ways.”

Marketing healthy living through any essential means necessary requires a lot of knowledge & perseverance using websites through WordPress & other means to get our message across.  I use my niche of health to show the knowledge & personal experiences to encourage others to become who they want in the health they desire.  Health is a niche in marketing which is considered a part when thinking of a community who need more than just this.  There are other niches that people can get into, but this is my niche & use it for helping others understand, grow & believe in making themselves healthier again.  As we stay healthy, we know how to make use of our time & helping our children become healthy, too.  I love others & am helping them learn about good health & think that since tradition has gone from good to nothing here in the United States, health has gone from good to poor, too.

Marketing healthy living through any essential means necessary proves to me that doctors & other medical professionals have the knowledge, but live by rules & regulations of the medical centers that believe in prescriptions & not using natural health to make us better.  The health administration & others in executive positions are all encouraged to uphold those rules & regulations, but we are given choices or options as to what they can do for us.  There is never anything mentioned about what we can do as patients to get better nutrition because of the free thinking we have, there are people out there looking for cures that aren’t doing what is needed for the body.  This is like working on a car & giving the owner the car back, fixing it with whatever they could come up with & not caring about the outcome at all.  Life isn’t fair, but we need to know what else is out there before we decide to lose what we were given as we only have 1 chance to stay healthy & live as long as we can.

Making Your Body Balanced and Healthy

Balancing your needs to be healthy is all about making sure your body is truly balanced. I mean that having your body truly balanced is knowing how to get past all the garbage from canned foods which include a lot of processing & removing nutrients that should be left alone. Balancing your body’s needs to become healthy are through foods that tell you they have what your body needs. These are fruits & vegetables that have minerals & amino acids for your body, cereals that have most of your required vitamins & minerals, pasta that has necessary fats & meat along with adding herbs & spices to work your body to maintain the necessary energy levels all day long. Eggs that are cage free & brown have the best nutrients available for your whole body. This includes what you need for memory & thinking, for energy, to keep your body strong & make you feel so good too. These are just starters in getting you & your body balanced for a good balanced diet.

Balancing your needs to be healthy is making sure that your body is leveled out & not consuming too much sugar at one time, not getting too much of a certain food at one time, etc. as these foods then are what your body considers toxic because your body either can’t use it & wastes it away when getting rid of it or stores it away & is considered dead inside. This is why your body needs to be balanced to remain healthy. Healthy means that your body needs to use all the food needed that you give it. By eating meat, salads, breads & pasta, desserts & snacks in between meals will give provide you with the necessary nutrients & make your body healthy. Avoid the small meals in aluminum, & anything that brings you no nutrition which is pretty much processed & has already been cooked. Living this life brings you nothing & will just bring you to slowing down in life while creating all kinds of health concerns over a long period of time. You can have them as long as you use them as something to snack on, but won’t help you to be active for a long period of time.

Balancing your needs to be healthy also means that doing exercises & stretching will provide you more flexibility without being cramped up after sitting for so long. When not exercising, your body just fills up & doesn’t process anything much & then it is sitting there like trash sits in a trash can waiting to be dumped into a dumpster. This isn’t how your body works if you plan to stay active & want more out of life. You can’t just expect your body to work if not active. Your health goes down & your life just wears away. This is why taking the time to have one person go get the necessary items for a meal, & other household jobs are better than trying to have two people working. Working forever without planning anything for a family isn’t good either. So take the time to balance your body’s needs so you can stay healthy.
